Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trainer to join our team. As our trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering employee training both in classroom and one-on-one environments.
Duties:
- Onboarding of new employees including training critical skills, phone etiquette, & sales techniques.
- Perform evaluations of new employees to monitor and ensure success.
- Work with the management team to identify areas of need in regards to training.
- Develop training content and curriculum that is engaging and effective.
- Deliver group and one-on-one training.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge property and casualty insurance.
- Strong knowledge of sales skills.
- 1-3 years of training experience. (Formal or Informal)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Extremely high comfort level with navigating web-based programs.
- Prefer a 220 Property and Casualty License
